Rachel Lavin
Rachel Lavin, author of The Doughnut Diaries, is a professional speaker, body-love educator, certified health coach, and certified personal trainer.
She has lived in various places across the United States and currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina. Rachel began her fitness career in 2000 as an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and later became a personal trainer and health coach to pursue her passion for helping people.
Her book, "The Doughnut Diaries," shares her personal struggles with weight and restrictive diets over thirty years and emphasizes her three pillars of fitness: Nourishment for the mind and body, Movement, and Rest.
Rachel's mission is to create a safe space for women to feel comfortable in their own bodies.
